Jeff Sajdak has pastored congregations in West Michigan and Northwest Iowa, and has been pastor at First Christian Reformed Church of Pella for almost 5 years. He has been involved in mission work in Kenya and the Philippines, and led a retreat for Christian Reformed missionaries and nationals in Honduras in 2006. He earned his Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation from Bethel Seminary in 2005.
Jeff is madly in love with his wife of nearly 25 years, Karin, a teacher at Pella Christian Grade School, and is astonished that she loves him back. His eyes light up when he talks about his wonderful daughter, Emily, an English and History double-major at Dordt College. His chest swells with pride when he talks about his boys – Dan who plans to pitch for the baseball team at Northwestern College in Orange City, Ty who will be a sophomore at Pella Christian High School with hopes of pitching for the University of Michigan or Calvin College, and Sam, who will be a fifth grader at Pella Christian Grade School on his way to becoming an NFL quarterback.
In his free time, Jeff works on his aspirations to play tennis at Wimbledon, to coach third base for the Milwaukee Brewers, and to understand the phenomenon of Facebook. He enjoys good stories, hearty laughter, and well-crafted sentences.
